一波三折的车祸理赔
四年前，我家老大开着他新买的奔驰车，在南加某城市经过一双方都有Stop sign的十字路口，准备上高速，那时一辆Infiniti SUV正从高速开下来，在十字路口另一方Stop sign根本没停，直接和老大的车在路中央相撞，老大车被撞出十几米外，前盖被撞起来了2寸，盖位置也有所移动。对方的车损失不大，侧面被撞进去了一点。随后老大叫警察来做报告，警察来后，围观的人中有个年轻女老墨说她看到车祸的发生，当时她在路旁的餐馆门口等人，是SUV没停才发生这起事故，警察把她的名字和电话记下来，并写在报告中，作为证人。
车祸几个小时后，老大觉得有点头晕，脖子僵硬，于是去找了做车祸的律师朋友。律师接了此案子，安排老大去做检查及理疗。随后双方保险公司调查，调警察报告及找证人做口供等，我们保险公司的结论是对方付全责。之后律师说，可以先从我们这边保险公司理赔。我们保险公司安排了Body Shop 做估价，Body Shop检查后，说这车不能再修了，两边车体的线都挪动了，很难复原到车祸前状况，车子只能total了。我们保险公司同意扣除1千元deductible后按市场价全额赔我们。我们觉得这辆车子的状况还好，回购了这辆Salvage的车，后来将这辆车转卖给了做出租车生意的朋友，净挣了3000元，这是题外话。
对方(也是华人)撞车以后跟保险公司说，是我家老大没有在stop sign停才造成车祸。其保险公司采用他的说辞，并认为我家老大的前面撞上了对方的侧面，应负全责，还说证人的口供前后矛盾，不能采用。后来我们律师跟对方保险公司多次交涉，并说要去法庭告，但对方保险公司无动于衷，说他们结果没有错。这样一折腾过了一年半，我们这边保险公司专员为了理清对方保险公司的疑点，多次致电证人，但从未联系上，我方保险公司说只能重新鉴定车祸为责任不明。
我们的车祸律师说，对方保险公司在业界是出了名的mean，要认定是对方的责任，看来只能去法庭，但车祸去法庭告有效期两年，当时已过去1年9个月了，律师建议尽快去小额法庭告，省钱省事，律师也 release 了这起车祸。由于这案子证人的证词很重要，老大联系了证人好多次才说上话，证人说现在很忙，没办法去法庭，但同意写给法庭其所见经过作为证词。拿到这个证词后，老大立即赶在2年期限内在小额法庭递上了状子，告对方赔偿医药费，lose of use，$1000 Deductible及其它，加起来近万元(小额法庭最多只能到1万元)。当时正值新冠疫情，法庭关门，所有案子都排到8个月后才开庭。
八个月后网上开庭，对方没有出席，因我们这边有个文件没有送到对方，庭审又往后延了3个月。三个月后，法庭又开庭，对方还是没有出席。法官看了递上去的资料，问了老大一些细节后说，几天后判决结果会寄给你。结果7天时，老大收到了法庭的判决书，要求对方(被告)赔偿老大9000元。老大随后拿着判决书找到对方保险公司，对方保险公司说这个case早就close了，当时他们保险业内部的仲裁是他们赢了。随后又说，当然如果有法庭的判决书，他们会重新open 这个案子。好事多磨，10多天后老大总算收到了对方保险公司的9千美元支票。

One thing about Nike is their sizes are always really close. Very comfortable shoes. Bought a cheapy pair of shoes in between last Nikes and latest Nikes and it is true that you get what you pay for at least when dealing with Nike.

I’m not sure as to what i real**bag looks like because i don’t have one. But i went on YouTube and watched like 10 videos and noticed all the differences from the real and fake. Let me start off by saying the sides of the bag don’t align at all. Sometimes it matters sometimes it don’t but the flower was aligned with the**sign that just doesn’t make sense. I also noticed the stitching is different. On the outside tabs the “V” is not wide enough. The tabs on the adjustable straps are in the middle when on the real one are on the sides of it. Also I’m not sure if the pouch and the**sign on the inside are supposed to touch? I’ve seen some that do and some that don’t. Again i do not own one so I’m not sure. I also measured the bag and it seems to be .5 inches of in base,height, and width which isn’t bad. And the last thing i noticed was the color. I feel like the real ones are a bit lighter but who knows. If this looks authentic to you go for it but to me it does not.
